For your safety, we've installed a Wyze Floodlight camera outside the property, monitoring the driveway and front entrance. There's also a camera in the backyard overlooking the backdoor —it does NOT see the hottub. It's important to note that there are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your privacy. The camera is motion-activated, with footage stored securely in the cloud for 30 days. Additionally, a noise detection device is installed indoors—it ONLY monitors sound levels, NOT conversations, and helps ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. Please note: smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE the home and will incur a minimum fine of $1000. You're welcome to step onto the back patio to enjoy your smoke in comfort.
